About Project
Gifford Hill is a large-scale urban development project in Australia, backed by a $7B investment and spanning over 1,860 hectares. Once completed, it will become home to more than 44,000 residents and include everything from housing and schools to healthcare, retail, and recreation. The developers approached us to help present this vision in a clear, engaging, and informative way for future residents, investors, and the wider public.
The task was to create a digital platform that could explain the scale and benefits of the new city while remaining intuitive and accessible for a wide audience. We focused on helping people explore the future of Gifford Hill through an interactive and immersive digital experience.
What we did:
• Built a digital platform for a $7B urban development
• Integrated an interactive masterplan with 3D visuals
• Created a clear visual hierarchy and smooth motion design
• Delivered brand strategy and communication system
• Positioned the project as a future-ready, livable city
The result:
A public-facing platform that makes the scale of Gifford Hill understandable and inspiring. The interactive map and content structure help users explore the area, learn about its amenities, and take the next step whether that’s requesting more information or making a reservation.
The project has already been featured in national media and is successfully driving visibility and interest.
